On March 9, 2021 our team led a huge group of students on their first BIG video shoot for a touring/session drummer. It was an all hands on deck shoot with a ton of moving parts and little margin for error. One of our 7th grade students was tasked with documenting the video shoot and capturing all of the behind the scenes content.

June 5th of 2019 brought more than just the beginning of summer--it brought the start of all the summer programs through a kickoff event held at the Camphouse. Instructors, students, and everyone else interested stopped by to learn about the summer programs and socialize with others involved. It was a great chance to learn about Dynamo, welcome new people, get your picture taken, and see some live music.

Hi! My name is Reed Schick and I am a student working and learning with Dynamo Studios. Recently Jered Martin, the media director for Dynamo reached out to me about shooting a live music video for the Switchfoot at the Tabernacle in Atlanta.

No big deal…right?

On a stormy August evening we recorded the second installment of our Dynamo Sessions series. We brought in local wild boys El Bandito and these guys really showed up with their wild blend of spaghetti western punk to give us a fun take on an Elvis classic, “Can’t Help Falling in Love”

We decided to start a new program over the summer that would combine our audio and visual programs into a fun new project. The result of that will be known as Dynamo Sessions.
